This notice applies to any images, photographs, magnetic or optical media, sentences and written information carrying the "© Copyright" information which identifies this site as the location for further information and includes everything on this site.

The copyright owner is Douglas St James of Brisbane, Queensland Australia.
No exceptions, be they educational or fair use shall apply to images copyright via this notice.
Anyone found using any of the copyright material covered by this notice can expect to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
The same warning shall apply to anyone "hot linking" to these images.

The purpose of copyright laws is to protect the original artist/Photographer from having their creation used by someone else, be it for profit or personal benefit, without first negotiating an agreement for that use. Copyright laws exist in every Western country. For the purpose of items covered by this agreement, Australian Copyright law shall apply.

Hereafter Douglas St James shall be called "The Owner" and persons seeking authorization to use The Owner's works shall be called "The Client" even though a license to use The Owner's works may not attract a fee. Hereafter any and all works covered by this notice and Australian Copyright laws shall be referred to as "Intellectual Property" or "IP' for short.

A Client seeking a license to use the IP of The Owner must apply to The Owner in writing, stating the entire purpose the IP is required for and describing the exact publication or web site the IP will be used for and the exact duration of the use. No assurance is offered or given that permission will be granted. Do not commence using the images without first asking.
